Conducting a strategic diagnostic — utilizing interviews with executive management and senior staff to evaluate their understanding of the strategic direction, key strategic issues, and their ability to think strategically versus tactically and synthesize the information for their review and feedback.

Identifying and quantifying the strategic opportunities of the client
Creating and "organic" planning process owned and shaped by the client and its management and staff
Committing management and staff to a consistent set of vision and aspiration for the company
Linking key programs (tactics) to the (vision and aspirations)
Stressing empowerment and accountability in the development and implementation of key programs.
