Charles A. DiLisio - President & Senior Advisor

Before starting , Mr. DiLisio was a Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick's Strategic Consulting Practice. Mr. DiLisio was involved in both external, market-capture/growth strategies and internal capacity / resources growth strategies for many of KPMG's Silicon Valley high technology clients. Mr. DiLisio next took a position as Corporate Development Manager for Acurex Corporation and was responsible for identifying and evaluating acquisitions for their Electronic and Environmental Systems Divisions. Prior to Acurex, Mr. DiLisio was Associate Director of Dataquest's merger and acquisition affiliate, DQ Alliances. There he managed and assisted high technology mergers and acquisitions negotiations and provided clients with market analyses, strategic positioning strategies, and corporate valuations. Charles has advised many Fortune 500 companies on strategic corporate development, marketing and acquisition and divestiture strategies and tactics.

Mr. DiLisio's Bachelor of Science degree is in Quantitative Business Analysis, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University. He also holds the MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles' Anderson Graduate School of Management. His specialization there was in Business Strategy and Finance.
