Mr. Jones is a Senior Advisor for D-Side Advisors. His education and experience with semiconductor and semiconductor equipment companies developed methods to significantly grow revenues through industry and company-specific analyses for institutional investors focused on those market sectors. Prior to joining D-Side Advisors, Mr. Jones was a Consulting Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick's High Technology Practice based in Silicon Valley. Mr. Jones led both strategic and operational improvement engagements for KPMG's high technology clients. Before joining KPMG, Mr. Jones was a Senior Consultant with SRI International, conducting research, analysis and conceiving results producing, strategic methodologies for worldwide projects in a number of global industries. Mr. Jones was also a Senior Research Analyst with Northrop Corporation, leading a software development team and implementing advanced mathematical models to solve engineering problems.

Mr. Jones received the MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an MS in Operations Research from the Stanford University School of Engineering. He also received a BA, magna cum laude, from Drake University with a double major in Mathematics and Spanish. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
